Posted by: Mike at October 26, 2004 3:31 PMIt's actually Performance Monitoring and Fault Localization, most widely attributed to the Draper corporation's contribution to the Seawolf submarine, but I worked on PMFL applications for GE Aerospace prior to Seawolf. Also, the "S" in SWAG stands for Scientific.
