Oversize casket company builds its biggest ever
“It’s sad more than anything,” Keith Davis said as he and his wife, Julane, and their two employees, the husband-wife team of Grant and Debby Hollingsworth, worked on the final details Thursday morning.
Well, yeah. It’s a casket, after all. But maybe Keith is referring to the size issue. His company caters to people needing oversized caskets.
This one, in particular, at 400 pounds, was intended to bury a 900 pound man. It’s a giant 7”3” square wooden box. The square shape is a design feature to accommodate the man’s legs, which do not come together.
Yow. That is one American Sized casket.
