No Problemo T-Shirt

No Problemo T-Shirt

This is my new T-Shirt from No Problemo in New Bedford — SimCalc’s favorite taqueria.

Derek, Ryan, Sara, Sharon and I ran over there for lunch today to escape the rigors of too many meetings and too deep forays into the bleak face of the code.

Ryan and I changed our attire in the midst of the trip. No Problemo style. These shirts, I figure, are available so that you always have an oprtion if you make a mess of yourself in your haste to eat delicious tacos and burritos.

Man, now I want a burrito.

When I get the urge, there is nothing for it but to go and get one.

Friday is when I typically make my sojurn from Kendall Sq. to Porter Sq. to get a super burrito at Anna's Taqueria. Yes, there is a place that's closer, but they're not even half as good. It's worth the trip, believe you me.

Here's my favorite: Black beans and rice, jalepenos, salsa, hot sauce, and a little cheese, They melt the cheese onto the tortilla when they steam it in advance of adding the delicious fillings you choose.

God, I'm hungry! Better take a break and eat lunch.

I've never been, but Ryan says Anna's has better burritos. However, I have a hard time believing they have better tacos, which are my favorite.

Still, I'm willing to try them! There's always room for another favorite taqueria.

Has anyone tried the taqueria in South NB (Cove at Rockdale) by the hurricane barrier? It's not No Problemo, but, really, what is?
In Dartmouth, I can vouch for the burrito, chile relleno, and adult beverages at Rt 6's Ixtapa Cantina (site of the former Ground Round, at BJ's and Smokey Bones. It's not a Hooters.) Well worth wading through the cilantro. (Not in the adult beverages.)

We were at Ixtapa today for the fire drill. More appropriately, we were there when they evacuated the place for 10 minutes or so because it fille dwith smoke. Still, it didn't ruin lunch.

See the post.
