    • Hard times for all segments of our society. Especially with all the outsourcing. (This is a joke only people up on the latest sci-fi entertainment will appreciate)
  • ABC.com: Full Episode Streaming (free, tv, video)
    • Now you can legally see episodes of Lost (and some other TV shows) if you miss the TV broadcast. Full streaming videos wiht a few commercial breaks via the internet. I would have preferred something I can download, but this is still an improvement over mi
  • CalorieLab: Free 1-click calorie counter and nutrition facts (diet, health, Food)

  • Flash Game - Ball Revamped 2 (flash, game)
    • This is a revamped version of an earlier Flash game. Guide the ball to the exit with the arrow keys. Addictive. Challenging.
  • Sourdough Home - An Exploration of Sourdough (cooking, howto, recipes, bread, food)
    • I've never made sourdough, but I've always wanted to. Now's as good a time as any, eh?
  • Nuclear Bunker Buster (RNEP) Animation (bush, politics, science, flash, animation)
    • Scientists explain why using a nuclear bunker buster in Iran would be bad. In animated form.
  • Cheney Easter (funny, humor, video, political)
    • Just the usual White House Easter.

Weight: 174.5 this morning. Still haven’t loaded my weight/calorie data to an online database.

They still sell them on iTunes? Good to know.

The illegal alternative is to find them for free on some peer network. But I am glad to see that the networks are realizing that downloading has helped them keep their audience (i.e. shows that people download have seen increases in viewership).
