Julie tipped me off. Creature Double Feature is back, at least for the summer! Possibly longer.
Starting this weekend on Saturday at noon, WLVI will kick off the new round of Creature Double Feature with “Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster.”
Parents, you owe it to your children to introduce them to these shlocky movies. Don’t let another generation grow up without Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster.
I've never seen Godzilla vs. Smog Monster. I'll hope for a rainy day, else I'll feel guilty if I don't do yardwork. :)

Yes - my kids are getting a complete education.
I bought a number of the old Godzilla DVDs when they started appearing in discount bins. And, of course, I collected the modern Godzilla movies as they hit DVD.

I always loved Saturdays, especially if the parents went out at night, so I could watch CDF in the afternoons and then the "Creature Feature" that night at 10:00.

Mushroom People was one of the more gross ones as I recall. It's too bad they didn't open with a Godzilla/Gamera double feature.
