Hold Still While I Shoot The Dog Behind You

3 NYC Police Officers Accidentally Shot While Attempting to Subdue Attacking Pit Bull

Can they really call it “accidentally?” Do we have a word yet for “yeah they didn’t mean to shoot each other, but they did something so stupid that it almost ensured something bad would happen”?

I suggest “Stupidentally.”

Jackasses.

I'm sure if anyone was recording this on video you'd soon see it on drunkendelight.com. But the picture in my mind is probably more entertaining (and scary) than the reality.

I'm continually amazed at the level of accidents that come from so-called "professionals" who use firearms in their daily lives. The Navy for the longest time was no exception to such accidents, and our terminology has evolved. First, we termed it "Accidental Discharge" but when our corporate headquarters decided negligence was the key factor (and usually is), we promptly renamed it a "Negligent Discharge".

I like "Stupidental" better.

I love "negligent discharge," but more as an excuse for unwanted pregnancies than firearm accidents.

Heh heh heh. Accidental discharge. I'm sure a lot of that has to do with laptops and the internet. :D Hi, I'm a 12-year-old boy. :D

Dishonorable discharge, maybe...

Maggie, Maggie, Maggie.

After a comment like that, the Fundies will never let you join their club. And you'll be barred from ever having a Snowflake Child (with or without hot sauce).

I would like to see somebody adopt a frozen embryo. They could keep it in a jar in the fridge. Not really as much of a "life" as a houseplant, but a life nonetheless, right? RIGHT?

Oh crap...what was that song I heard on Dr. Demento all those years ago?

We do not have fingers, hands or toes,
We are just two frozen embryos...

Something about looking for a "womb to rent"?
