Would You Rather?
Would you rather:
- Be completely hairless or
- Be covered head to toe in short but soft fur?

Wow. This is a definite stumper.
I guess I'd go hairless. I'm thinking lower maintenance.
I'm torn. Soft Fuzzy Beard or no Beard?
I don't like this question!
Since neither way the beard could be mighty, I shall go hairless.
er... hairless I guess. I think furry all over would definitely be worse.
Hairless. Fur mats, fur gets fleas, fur gets dander.
Can you imagine having to comb your back?
As much as it would be nice to be stroked as a furry creature, the minuses outweigh the plusses.
I mean, if it gets hot enough, you can take off clothing. Fur you are basically stuck with, unless you shave it off, in which case it will probably itch like crazy, and again, who's going to shave your back?
I think we could forgive you for not combing your back, Chuck, if you chose to go that way.
People are saying they're torn, but so far everyone is going hairless. Is this a trick question to ferret out (ha ha) closet furries among my readers? No, I promise you. Just a simple question about hair preference.
In case you're wondering how I come up with good questions sometimes, I think long and hard about what to ask. Then, just as I'm about to post the question, a much more fun question occurs to me and I post the one I haven't thought about at all.
I am going to go with the fine fur. I plan to have good hygiene and avoid fleas (people can get fleas and I don't have fleas now, so I assume I'm doing that part right). I'd never have to worry about skin cancer, and if I ever got tired of programmer (If I ever?) there is always the circus. I'm sure it comes with plenty of pitfalls, but think of how soft and cuddly I'd be! I would be irresistible!
(This question popped into my mind when I was pondering the quotation: "Saying that atheism is a faith is like saying bald is a hair color.")
Well, I would definitely miss my red hair, so I don't think I would like being hairless.
Plus, if my short soft fur would be as deliciously silky and pleasing to pat as my kitty Clio, I would be pleased.
Ever notice that cats are cute almost until they die? No visible wrinkles. So I think I'll go with the fur. Plus, I'd be less self-conscious about clothing. I could wear a bikini and I'd look fully clothed. And nobody would care what I was wearing, anyway, because they'd be too busy pointing and laughing at all the fur. And I could get the girls to brush it, and they'd probably like doing that. So I'll take fur.
Easy. Hairless. Much less maintenance.
I'm with Julie on this one. I can always wrap myself in synthetic fur and enough layers to make me bulletproof if I need it. I feel too hot far more often than I feel too cold so this decision is easy.
