On Your Own Shotgun

Here you go. Have at it!

I’ll start you off with one link:

  • Icy Road Accidents
    • I’ve experienced the same kind of condiitons depicted in this video, but not with this many cars in play! It’s like watching a pinball game.

I had to wake up at 4AM today, which is very unusual for me. I set my alarm for 4, and tried to go to sleep at midnight. I had a dream that I was near where I was supposed to be, but it was 6AM - I had missed the person I was supposed to meet! This upset me so much that I woke up and looked at the clock. It was 3:58 AM. Weird. And I hadn’t woken up before.

(I think I just naturally wake up now after about 4 hours.)

How about: DM of the Rings. (It's Lord of the Rings as a D&D campaign.)

Don't try to understand this, just watch and get hooked: Adventure Time

Okay, I see it is going to be this kind of day today: Punchy!

Here's a guy with a disturbing affection for Patriots QB Tom Brady.

The kid from Adventure Time reminds me of one of those balloon people: http://landmarkcreations.com/dynamic.html

Here's a site where you can describe a movie that you barely remember, in hopes that someone else will identify it for you. Likewise, if any of the descriptions ring a bell for you, you could identify the film and possibly make someone's day.

The second paragraph of #2737 was from me. I was thrilled that someone else remembered it, even if they didn't know what it was.

A little late to the game, but how about the Turnpike Experiment:

That was awesome, Leslie!

Oh, my goodness, that turnpike prank was hilarious. I think Mariah Carey is probably going to have a restraining order against him, though.

Posted by: Maggie at January 20, 2007 4:11 PM

Okay, I'm still on that prank site. He did an "all natural taste test" that was completely revolting and rivaled our own Derek for craziness. But this one is going to be near and dear to James' heart: an olestra test.

Posted by: Maggie at January 20, 2007 4:20 PM

Sorry to post one more time, but the olestra test is really, really gross, involving toilet and underwear shots. I hadn't read it when I posted before, but he has documented the "anal leakage" aspect of olestra in gory photographic detail.

Posted by: Maggie at January 20, 2007 4:26 PM

Yeah, I wasn't as delighted with that one.
