Not the Patriot Act, the New England Patriots.
I wish I had been able to take a picture, but on my way to Fairhaven today, I saw an SUV on the highway.
On the rear bumper was a sticker that said “So Glad I Voted For Bush.” Well, I assume that’s what it said. I’ve seen that sticker before. On this particular car I couldn’t actually see the name “Bush” because it was obscured by a New England Patriots logo sticker.
I think someone had a change of heart during football season.

Who in their right mind, apart from Bush himself, is glad they voted for Bush? What is WRONG with these people?
Posted by: Chuck S. at May 23, 2007 2:12 PMYou don't remember seeing those bumper stickers a few years back?
It was kind of an "in your face" type deal.
This person felt so strongly about it that they had that "in your face" sticker up, and then clearly realized their error.
Posted by: James at May 23, 2007 2:21 PMThey should have printed up magnets instead.
Posted by: Julie at May 23, 2007 2:50 PMEven though you said this before, reading it reminded me of a pair of bumper stickers I saw the other day on 106 in W. Bridgewater, on a black pick up.
High on the tailgate read:
"First Iraq... THEN FRANCE!"
about a foot below:
"1.20.09 Bush's Last Day"
Car... or bandwagon?
These are the people you need around when you're trying to form a lynch mob. They don't care who... they just want to join.
Posted by: Maggie at May 23, 2007 5:36 PMAhhhhh, your conservative gatecrasher here.....there's a Bush sticker on my car. No, it's not an oversite. Given the choices again tomorrow, Gore/Bush, Kerry/Bush.......I'm going Bush every time.
Posted by: BostonMaggie at May 30, 2007 12:28 AMExcuse me, "oversight" not "oversite". That's my cue to hit the sack, when I start spelling things wrong.
Posted by: BostonMaggie at May 30, 2007 12:31 AMIt's always tough to get the proper "oversight" regarding Bush.
Ba-ZING! ;)
