Are you proud of being the new Amy??? ;)
Toss up. I'd KILL to host SNL, but at the same time, I have these four kids who will need college tuition money...
Do I get paid to host SNL?
Posted by: pippa at August 27, 2007 10:03 AMI'll host SNL if I get paid $16,000 or more. Otherwise, I'd rather be a contestant.
Posted by: Julie at August 27, 2007 10:24 AMWait... when you say "contestant" you mean sitting in front of Meredith or Regis and answering questions, right? I don't have to go through all of that fast-fingers crap, do I? Because in that case, I'd be screwed.
Posted by: Julie at August 27, 2007 10:26 AMPS... thanks for offering two appealing choices, instead of two that suck. :)
Posted by: Julie at August 27, 2007 10:26 AMI'm going to say you get to sit in the big chair, so you don't have to go through the other bit.
And let's say you're getting paid $5K to be on Saturday Night Live.
Posted by: James at August 27, 2007 10:50 AMI'll take millionaire (unless SNL pays better than the avg millionaire contestant makes). i have no desire to do either one but I'll take the money.
Posted by: B.O.B. (bob) at August 27, 2007 10:51 AMHmmm... which is funnier? I'll take contestant, and hopefully will remember that the earth orbits the sun, and not vice-versa. (Or was it the moon orbiting the earth?) I'll have K as my phone-a-friend, and I'll never ask the audience unless I need a laugh.
Posted by: Maggie at August 27, 2007 12:16 PMI'm not funny enough in person to stand up in front of a live audience. Besides, quiz shows rock. I'll take Millionaire.
Posted by: Kitten Herder at August 27, 2007 3:36 PMNeither I guess. I'd be fine on Millionaire until they asked me a sports question and then it would be over. And although I'm not very funny, neither is SNL, and so, no real interest there.
Thanks anyway. :-)
Posted by: Chuck S. at August 27, 2007 5:53 PMWell to play Millionaire you have to pick one of the choices given, and since you're clearly not very good at that, I think you'd better take SNL. ;-)
Posted by: Maggie at August 27, 2007 6:30 PMGee. Which one would I pick? I wonder...
No contest for me. SNL all the way, baby. You never know. You could get lucky and be in the next "cowbell" sketch.
