Extreme Price Cut!

Sale?

The kids and I noticed that Snapple was on sale at the local market.

Check it out; instead of 10 for $10, it's 99 cents each! That's one whole cent off! That's 1% of sweet savings. Time to
stock up, obviously.

's like this photo, which I saw on the Internet a few years ago (and which I re-found in about five seconds with Google's image search; very cool):

A tenth of a percent? Even better!

Did you follow up the lesson with your kids by having them stand by the check-out to see just how many people stocked up on Snapple by looking at their carts? Math AND psychology in one trip to the store - priceless ;)

Good idea - but no, we didn't do that.
