If you're still bored, there's a funny video of Chris Matthews grilling the "conservative' blowhard on his show at the end of this Regime Turnover post. I'm no history expert, but I can smell the BS a mile away.

Oh, if only someone had actually said that to Bill O'Reilly...not that he would know what those two words meant, but that would make it all the funnier!

I used to wrap myself around the axle day after day counting protien, carbs, fat, (saturated, mon/poly-unsaturated), fiber, blah blah blah trying to make sure I took in proper ratios etc etc...I even built a freakin' spreadsheet. Soon you're spending inordinately large chunks of your day thinking about, planning, and documenting everything you eat. Points imo are no different.

Best solution I ever found:

Lean protein serving the size of your open palm. Fibrous, whole (or minimally processed) food carbohydrate roughly the size of your balled fist. 1/2-1 cup fibrous vegetables. Vitamin supplement if you need one, lots of water. Small, healthy snacks between meals like nonfat yogurt, veggies, etc. Count nothing. Feel better. Work out while doing it - feel great.
