Downturn Shotgun

In the wake of the election, it starts to sink in just how bad a legacy Bush will be passing on to the next president, and i have to admit I'm getting depressed just thinking about it.

Instability is terribly worrying, especially when you've got a family.

The important thing, however, is to stick together with your family and friends, and keep doing the things that make life enjoyable. Like goofy links:

Chin up!

I am simply stunned by the Speed Fit exercise machine. I could ask many questions, but such an invention is not worthy of my beautiful mind, as Babs Bush would say.

LOVE the mobile treadmill. It certainly wouldn't work on a sidewalk (especially not jumping on and off a sidewalk, as you must do when a street intersects), so it's going to be in the road. That way, when you're struck by a vehicle, there is more wreckage for the EMTs to extract you from. I'm sure it's great in snow and ice, when there are cars traveling both directions, or just in the random emergency situation where the runner decides it's safer to be in somebody's yard, a marsh, or the woods rather than on the road at that particular time. Good grief. It has to be a joke.

So, you're saying you DON'T want to invest in the mobile treadmill?? But it's brilliant. It's the only exercise machine of its kind. You would have the entire market of people who want a machine for running outdoors! It's remarkable!

I bet that with modifications, you could even hitch it to the back of a truck and let it pull you, too!

Or you could take it in the house and put it up on blocks and use it as a regular treadmill!

I hope all the world's sales and marketing professors are aware of this video. Figuring out how to sell something like this would make a great class project.

I'm not sure if it's spam or not, but the post from roodsetarenda, as translated via Babelfish, reads:

It is written well. But in me, possibly, better it would come out! :) (I joke! The author is fine person!)

Смогли вы перевести ваш столб к английской языку сперва?

I'm pretty sure it's spam, and I have to delete it else it will attract more spam. (Vulnerable sites are re-targted)

I should add to the comment policy that I only allow comments in English, except for people who are known to the blog author.

By the way, that Russian post from me was me asking if the person could translate the post into English before posting.

I'm sure you're right--spamola.

The Google translate was decent enough that I got your meaning. It was largely crap at deciphering the other text, but I'm assuming that what they were saying was not as coherent to begin with.

Pity. It would have been interesting to have a reader in Russia!
